When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 24 business hours. You will receive a tracking number by email once the order has been sent.
Where do you deliver and what are the shipping costs?
We deliver throughout Belgium via bpost. Delivery is free during the launch offer. The package is generally delivered the day after shipment.
Can I return or exchange my watch?
Yes. You have 14 days after receipt for a free return, provided the watch is new, unworn, and in its original box with its accessories. Write to us and we will send you the return label.
What's the warranty?
All our watches are covered by a 2-year warranty (legal guarantee of conformity). In the event of a defect, we will repair, replace, or refund the item.
How do I adjust the strap to my wrist?
A sizing kit is included with every watch: it allows you to adjust or change the strap in seconds, without visiting a jeweler.
What is included in the set?
The watch, a genuine leather strap (value €40), a sizing kit (value €15), and a hardshell presentation box — all included for free during the introductory offer.
What are the materials and specifications?
38 mm 316L stainless steel case, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, 5 ATM (50 m) water resistance, and VJ42 quartz movement for reliable daily precision.
